FOR CERTIFIED DIVERS ONLY: Join Manta Dive Gili Trawangan for guided fun dives around the Gili Islands, one of Indonesia’s most popular areas for certified divers. The Gilis offer a great mix of reef dives, drift dives, slopes, walls and sea mounds, with dive sites suitable for different certification levels. Marine life can include turtles, white-tip and black-tip reef sharks, rays, moray eels, octopus, cuttlefish and plenty of reef fish. For divers who enjoy smaller marine life, there is also the chance to spot frogfish, pipefish, leaf scorpionfish and other macro life.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE NOT DIVED FOR 1 YEAR, YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE A REFRESHER FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE.
We run one-tank dive trips, which means you return to the dive centre after each dive. This gives you time to relax, have something to eat or drink, and choose which dives you would like to join during the day. We usually offer up to three day dives: morning, late morning and afternoon. Night dives may also be available, depending on the schedule and minimum numbers.
The exact dive site is chosen the day before or on the day, depending on sea conditions, currents and the experience level of the divers. Safety and enjoyable diving are always the priority.
Before the dive, please check in at Manta Dive, where our team will confirm your certification, help you with the required diving paperwork and fit your equipment. Your guide will then give a full dive briefing before you head out by boat. Most dive sites are only around 10 to 20 minutes from the dive centre.
This activity is for certified divers only. Please bring proof of certification and let us know your certification level, number of logged dives and when you last dived.

- you will be required to fill out an Medical Statement upon arrival, if you have any pre-existing medical conditions please contact us prior to your booking date.
- There is also an additional Marine Park Fee of Rp100,000 per person that need to be paid on site.
When you arrive on Gili Trawangan, you will disembark your boat at the main pier. Manta Dive is located 200m walking distance from the pier on your right hand side (as you stand with your back to the ocean). All you need to do is turn right on the main road as you exit the pier and you will see us 200m down that road on your left hand side.
