Embark on an unforgettable journey through Iceland’s wild Highlands in a rugged Super Jeep! Explore the stunning landscapes of Landmannalaugar, a geothermal paradise filled with colorful lava fields, shimmering Rhyolite mountains, steaming vents, and tranquil crater lakes.
Our adventure kicks off with a visit to Hjálparfoss, "Help's Falls," a serene oasis once cherished by weary Highland travelers. Next, we’ll marvel at Sigöldufoss, a breathtaking 10-meter waterfall on the Tungnaá river, before tackling mountain roads and crossing rivers en route to Landmannalaugar.
At Landmannalaugar, hike scenic trails or soak in a natural hot spring before we journey back. Along the way, we’ll stop at Ljótipollur, a vivid explosion crater with striking red, green, and blue hues, and catch a glimpse of the legendary Hekla volcano, one of Iceland’s most active.
We’ll return to Reykjavík in the evening, wrapping up this epic day of discovery!
