You'll be welcomed in person by our host, who checks you in and gets you set up with your audio guide app. From there, you explore at your own pace — there's no live walking tour.
All visitors pass through mandatory airport-style security. This is not a skip-the-line experience, and waits can be long in high season.
A strict dress code is enforced: shoulders and knees must be covered.
