Here you’ll cook, laugh, SING, maybe even dance while learning how to make FRESH PASTA from scratch in Florence, enjoy a glass of THE BEST RED WINE, and taste the pasta with our homemade pummarola sauce. When you walk into our restaurant, you are NOT just a client or a guest — you immediately become part of our family.
Discover the joy of real Italian cooking in the heart of Florence. Join Anna, the “Global Italian Showwoman,” for a hands-on pasta-making class inspired by Italian nonnas and spiced with music, wine, and celebration.
Start with a warm welcome and a glass of THE BEST RED WINE, then dive into the art of making fresh pasta (with organic eggs) from scratch — TAGLIATELLE, RAVIOLI, and TORTELLI — using traditional techniques passed down through generations.
Once the pasta is ready, the fun continues with a playful sing-along contest (with wine prizes!), followed by a shared dinner where you’ll enjoy your creations with a signature pummarola sauce.

Our staff MAY take photos/videos during the class. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to their possible publication on our social media/web. They will not be sent directly to participants, but if you follow us, we may tag you.
Fresh pasta is made with organic eggs.
The pasta filling contains dairy products and animal derivatives (e.g. cheese).
It is not possible to change from one time to another or get a refund within 24 hours.
A delay of more than 15 minutes will be considered an absence from class.
Please wait for our staff to open promptly and do not enter before.
