Operation hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Reservations received after 5:00 PM will be processed the next day
There is no elevator in our building and you will need to take stairs to reach each venue
English translation will be provided as much as possible if you would like to add it please contact us.
We will not be able to hold the event to accommodate delays and latecomers will not be entitled to a refund
Regardless of the reason, we charge a cancellation fee. Please check the cancellation policy for details
If you change the reservation date and time within 7 days of your booking, a fee will be charged
Please note that in the event of cancellation, we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses to the venue
Those who do not participate in the experience will not be allowed to enter
Children who sit on their parent's lap are free of charge (under 2 years old only)
