Toyako: Toyako is located in the southwest of Hokkaido and belongs to Shikotsu-Toya National Park. In the early 20th century, volcanic eruptions were frequent, and this lake sank and was formed. The lake does not freeze in winter and is the northernmost unfrozen lake in Japan. The lake is sparkling all year round.
Showa Shinzan: Showa Shinzan is located in Sobetsu Town, Usu County, Hokkaido, Japan, and belongs to Shikotsu-Toya National Park. It is formed by volcanic eruptions.
Noboribetsu Jigokudani: It is a crater relic in Noboribetsu City, Hokkaido, Japan, adjacent to Lake Toya. After the volcanic eruption, lava formed a peculiar valley; the gray-brown rock layer plus a large amount of geothermal heat gushed out from the ground, forming a special volcanic terrain.
