Follow along, shaping each piece yourself under the chef’s guidance. Your guide supports throughout, translating instructions and helping you direct questions to the chef. Work through multiple pieces of nigiri, adjusting your grip and pressure as the chef gives feedback on your form.

By the end of the 90-minute session, shape a set of nigiri with your own hands — and eat what you made.
