Save your voucher. You can either print it out or save it on your phone for easy access.
24 hours before your scheduled ride, you will receive the contact information for your driver.
24 hours in advance, we will send you the meeting point details where you will meet your driver.
Meet your driver at the designated pick-up location.
Present your voucher and identify yourself to the driver.
Each traveler is permitted to bring a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Please note that oversized or excessive luggage such as surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes may have specific restrictions. Kindly inquire with the operator before your travel to confirm if your excess luggage can be accommodated.
Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with substantial items, it may be more suitable to arrange for multiple vehicles.

Service at Terminal with Toronto Limousine Rentals:
The client will receive an SMS with instructions for the transfer. A Toronto Limousine Rentals driver will communicate with the client via Phone/WhatsApp to arrange a meeting point. The Toronto Limousine Rentals system will also push the meeting point details to the client. The driver will track the flight to determine the terminal and wait at the exit for curbside pickup.
Curbside Pickup (without Meet-and-Greet) with Toronto Limousine Rentals:
After the flight arrives, the client will receive an SMS with transfer instructions. The Toronto Limousine Rentals driver will contact the client via WhatsApp, phone call, or text message to coordinate a meeting point. Once the client is ready, the driver will arrive at the meeting point within five minutes for immediate pickup.
