Start with a pickup at your hotel at 8:00 AM. Be driven to the Nairobi Arboretum. Enjoy a walking trail in the forest as you see over 350 species of the indigenous and the exotic plants, most of which are labelled. It is also known as a home to over 100 species of bird species have been recorded.
Also picnic inside the park as you watch the beautiful butterfly. Next, visit Jeevanjee Gardens, a charming open garden located in the Central Business District of Nairobi, Kenya. It was founded by A.M. Jeevanjee, an Asian-born entrepreneur, and donated to the people of Nairobi as a resting area.
The park is unique as it is the only one in the city directly owned by the public. The park features beautiful gardens, trees, artistic benches, and sculptures. It's a popular spot for city residents to relax, unwind, and enjoy the green space amidst the bustling city.
You'll also find historical statues, including one of Queen Victoria and another of Alibhai Mulla Jeevanjee himself. Next, visit The Nairobi Gallery, located at Kenyatta Avenue and Uhuru Highway roundabout next to Nyayo house. The building is in many ways connected to the history and development of Nairobi and its people.
Later, visit Kenya National Archive, Uhuru Garden memorial park, Maasai market, Nairobi city market, and KICC rooftop. Finally, be dropped off at your hotel after you have completed your tour.
