Start your day with an early morning pickup from your hotel in Mombasa. Drive along the Mombasa-Nairobi road, and enter Tsavo East National Park after a 3.5-hour drive. Tsavo East National Park is one of the world’s largest game reserves, famous for its huge herds of red elephants, man-eating lions, and many birds.

Visit the Aruba Dam, a man-made dam located in the middle of the park, where a high concentration of animals can be observed during the dry season. Afterward, drive to a lodge for lunch and a short break.
