The experience begins by working with two essential bases: yuca and corn. You’ll grind the ingredients using traditional methods and learn the secrets behind the texture, seasoning, and filling techniques of each dish.
Together, we’ll prepare:
Carimañolas – crispy yuca fritters filled with savory goodness
Empanadas – golden cornmeal pockets with flavorful fillings
