When you arrive, the sauna will already be heated and ready to use. Inside, find a cozy lounge area and a changing space — everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable session.
After your sauna, have the opportunity to cool off by going into the Daugava River if you wish. In winter, an ice swimming hole is prepared — a refreshing contrast that many locals enjoy. Please note that swimming is always optional, and safety is important when entering the river.
