Hop on an adventurous day trip to the National Park of Pelister and explore this magnificent natural place by a jeep safari.
One of our most beloved excursions will start in the morning, as your driver picks you up and drives you to Bitola, where the starting point is.
After you reach the meeting point, an organized team of mountains experts with terrain vehicles will wait for you to bring you into the mystical mountains of National Park Pelister. From the city of Bitola, it’s a journey of approximately 1 ½ hours before you step out of the vehicles at 2200 meter above sea level. You'll take a beautiful walk around the two little lakes at 2180 and 2200 meters above sea level. Breathe the fresh mountain air while standing in the clouds and enjoy the astonishing views.
The beauty of this landscape is shaped by the diverse wildlife: bears, roe deer, wolves, chamois, wild boars, eagles and many more. This bumpy off-road adventure will lead you through various natural gems. But the most special one is definitely the mythical ‘Eyes of Pelister’. If you want to unravel this secret, then visit this excursion. During the ride coffee breaks and photo stops will be made. The panoramic views will be one for in the books.
Additional: For 15-euro p.p. you can have homemade local lunch in a mountain hut. This includes homemade stew, feta cheese, salads, bread, rakija, wine, even truffle from the mountain itself and many more. Feel free to eat and drink as much as you like. This is paid on the spot.
