Day 1: From Sofia to Skopje – Natural Wonders & City Vibes:

Your journey begins with an early morning departure from Sofia, traveling west toward the Macedonian border. Along the way, you'll stop at one of the region’s most intriguing geological formations—Kuklica, also known as “The Stone Dolls.” This bizarre yet beautiful landscape of naturally formed stone figures is surrounded by legends and local folklore, offering a perfect photo opportunity and a fascinating glimpse into the area's geological history.

After exploring Kuklica, you’ll continue to Skopje, the lively capital of North Macedonia. Here, a guided walking tour will introduce you to the city's rich tapestry of cultures and contrasting architecture. You'll stroll through the Old Bazaar (Čaršija), admire the iconic Stone Bridge, visit the imposing Kale Fortress, and explore the bustling city center filled with monumental statues and modern neoclassical facades. In the evening, you'll have free time to soak up the atmosphere of Skopje’s Old Čaršija, where cozy taverns, traditional eateries, and live music create an inviting local nightlife scene. The day ends with an overnight stay in Skopje.
Day 2: Canyon Adventures & Return to Sofia:

On the second day, after breakfast, the tour heads to Matka Canyon, one of North Macedonia’s most stunning natural attractions. Here, you’ll have the option to either enjoy a peaceful boat ride or go kayaking along the emerald green waters of the Treska River. A highlight of the visit is the chance to explore Vrelo Cave, considered one of the deepest underwater caves in the world. You’ll also have some free time to wander the scenic paths or relax in a canyon-side café before the return journey to Sofia in the afternoon.
