• Food and drinks are allowed onboard, but excessive alcohol consumption or unruly behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Any damage to the vessel or its equipment caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged to the client.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onboard.
• Passengers undertake all activities (including swimming or snorkelling) at their own risk. We are not liable for any injury, illness, or accident unless caused by our own proven negligence.
