The cruise in itself is a marvel. Enjoy the different colors of the ocean. See what you cannot see from the ground. Spectacular sea views and views on the islands Ile Plate and Ilot Gabriel.
Your first stop is Gabriel Island, a pristine and protected islet surrounded by a turquoise lagoon. Spend time swimming, relaxing on the white sandy beach, or snorkeling in shallow, crystal-clear waters with excellent visibility. The calm lagoon makes it an ideal spot for all swimming levels.
The journey continues to Flat Island, the largest of the northern islets. Known for its wide-open landscapes and untamed atmosphere, Flat Island offers a different perspective of Mauritius’ natural beauty. Enjoy free time to swim, stroll along the shoreline, or admire the rugged coastal scenery, a favorite for photographers and explorers alike.
Back on board, savor a freshly prepared lunch cooked by the crew. Enjoy a generous selection of grilled fish, chicken, chicken sausages, garlic bread, fresh salads, and flambéed bananas for dessert. A variety of beverages is included, such as soft drinks, beer, and local Mauritian rum.
The catamaran will then cruise close to Gunner’s Quoin, a dramatic volcanic islet where landings are prohibited due to conservation efforts.
As you sail through open waters, keep an eye out for marine life. Dolphins, whales, rays, and sea turtles are sometimes spotted in this region. While sightings are not guaranteed, they add an exciting and unforgettable element to the experience when nature cooperates.
