After meeting your friendly guide at the dock, you’ll board a Mastercraft-X Star boat and cruise out into the beautiful open ocean. Once we find the perfect spot, all snorkeling gear will be provided on board and ready for you to use.
Relax under the warm sun and feel the gentle ocean breeze while you play your own music to set the vibe. Bottled water is available to keep you refreshed as you take in stunning ocean views.
When you’re ready, jump into the calm waters for a refreshing snorkel session at your own pace. Swim, float, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings without any rush.
This experience is all about freedom and comfort — whether you want to snorkel, relax on the boat, or both. After plenty of time enjoying the sea and sunshine, you’ll return to shore feeling refreshed and energized, having experienced Cancun’s waters your way.

The snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel, fins) is provided on board for your convenience.

For your safety, a brief safety orientation will be given before snorkeling.
Please bring sunscreen, swimwear, and a towel.
If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please inform us before booking.
Weather conditions may affect the tour schedule; in case of cancellation due to weather, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

Please arrive at Kaybal Marina located in https://g.co/kgs/s2X7NP8
When you arrive, look for the marina employees on-site. Let them know you’re there for a boating excursion with Segway Cancun—they know us and will guide you to our store to sign waiver.
Our store is located at the back right of the building, closest to the water, and you'll see a downward ramp leading to the door.
