If you select the ENTRANCE ONLY option, transportation to and from the park is not included and must be arranged on your own.
Xplor Fuego operates Monday through Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Moderate physical condition is required. Minimum age: 5 years old. Children ages 5 to 11 pay half the adult price; children under 5 are free if they do not occupy a seat. Children over 12 pay the adult price. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Zip lines: minimum height 1.37 m, weight between 40 and 136 kg, maximum waist 130 cm, legs 68 cm. Amphibious vehicles: minimum age 18 and valid license.
Pickup service is by bus with a route through hotels. Please be punctual, as the bus cannot wait. Activities may be suspended after 11:00 p.m. There are no refunds for no-shows. Check ingredients if you have allergies. With symptoms (cough, fever >38 °C, sore throat, etc.), entry may be denied.
