Afterwards, you'll be equipped to enter the water and meet your dolphin, with whom you'll interact in an experience designed according to the program you choose, all in a natural and controlled environment. During the activity, you'll learn about their behavior, senses, and abilities thanks to the expert live guides who will accompany you at all times. The interaction is both educational and fun, ideal for all ages. At the end, you'll have time to relax on the premises and buy souvenirs to take with you from this unforgettable marine experience.

Women less than 5 months into their pregnancy can only participate in the Dolphin Encounter with an accompanying adult and after signing a responsibility form
Children between 1.20 and 1.39 meters tall must be accompanied by an adult; those over 1.40 meters tall can participate alone
The use of sunscreen, jewelry, detachable accessories and electronic devices is prohibited
There is a state tax of MXN 50 per person aged 6 and over, plus a wharf usage fee of MXN 300 (except for 5-year-old infants)
People with significant medical problems should consult a doctor before participating
There is a maximum of 8 people on the platform (Encounter and Connection) and 10 on Dolphin Beyond Connection
From November 1, interactions with dolphins will change due to local law
