Held at heritage-style restaurants, this evening typically includes a multi-course meal featuring local favorites like momo (dumplings (3 nos)), dal bhat (rice with lentils- set), and various Newari delicacies (Bara, Qwati (mixed bean soup), Fried Potato)).

What makes the evening truly special is the live cultural performance.
