While the itinerary and overall experience are similar to the Everest Base Camp route, the Gokyo Valley offers distinct highlights, such as rare flora and wildlife, turquoise lakes, high-altitude monasteries, Sherpa communities, and spectacular mountain views.
Throughout the ascent, pass through lush forests, serene waterfalls, and picturesque settlements, all while enjoying stunning views of the Himalayas. The highest point of the Gokyo Valley Trek is Gokyo Ri at 5,357 meters, reached on the eighth day before starting the descent. Day 4: Trek to Phortse Thenga (3,680m) 4-5 Hrs.
Day 5: Trek to Machermo (4,480m) 5-6 Hrs.

Day 7: Gokyo and Arround (Hiking upto Gokyo Ri (5,357m) (5,360m) 4-5 Hrs.
