We recommend bringing clothes/good day shoes for any and all weather conditions. The weather in the Alpine region can change suddenly without warning. We do provide space onboard for you to bring a day bag.
Lunch: As your lunch will be pre ordered please notify us if you have any dietary requirements 24hrs before your departure time at the latest, if we have not been notified a standard lunch will be supplied.
Coffee and other beverages: These cannot be brought onto our vehicles unless they are in a keep cup or bottle. Please plan accordingly. If there is not enough time to consume a purchased beverage at a stop you will need to leave it behind.
Below are our pickup times from Christchurch. Please be waiting outside your accommodation 10 minutes before your designated pick-up time. Pickups can be delayed, please be patient. Customers who are not at their location will be noted as a NO SHOW.
