On the way to the mountains visit the charming village of Birkat Al Mouz, nestled at the foothills of Jebel Akhdar, with its typical mud-brick houses. Have a walk under the palm trees of the village and discover the ancient falaj irrigation system, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
After reaching by car the top of Jebel Akhdar, a short tour of the mountain plateau will conduct you through the old villages, where lot of spots to take memorable pictures will wait you.
