Salalah: Taqah Castle, ancient Sumhuram, Wadi Darbat's waterfalls and Mirbat — the best of Dhofar's east coast, private chauffeur.
Head east along Dhofar's storied coast — in premium comfort. Your own private chauffeur collects you from your hotel in a premium air-conditioned vehicle, and your English-, Arabic- or Hindi-speaking driver-guide sets the pace around you, with unhurried time at every viewpoint.
Head east along Dhofar's storied coast. Your private chauffeur takes you to Taqah Castle and the ancient frankincense port of Sumhuram at Khor Rori, then inland to Wadi Darbat — a valley of waterfalls and lakes (spectacular in khareef season) — and the dramatic Tawi Attair sinkhole with its "anti-gravity" viewpoint. Finish in Mirbat, the old merchant town of carved wooden doors and seafront history.
Priced per private group, not per person — for example, the half-day Sedan option for up to 3 guests works out to about $76 per person.
