Begin your adventure with pickup from your hotel in Huaraz before traveling south through the Cordillera Blanca. Travel through the towns of Recuay, Ticapampa, and Catac, with a stop to enjoy a traditional coca tea.
Visit Patococha Lagoon, the natural sparkling waters of Pumapampa, the colorful Umapashimin Lagoon, and admire the impressive Puya Raimondi. Make a brief stop to observe ancient cave paintings along the route.
Walk approximately one hour to reach Pastoruri Glacier at 5,000 meters above sea level. Explore the glacier, admire its ice formations, and enjoy the surrounding mountain scenery.
Stop in Catac for lunch before beginning the return journey to Huaraz. Travel back through the Cordillera Blanca and return to your hotel in Huaraz.
