Xplor Fuego operates Monday through Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Moderate physical condition is required. Minimum age: 5 years old. Children ages 5 to 11 pay half the adult price; children under 5 are free if they do not occupy a seat. Children over 12 pay the adult rate. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Ziplines: minimum height 1.37 m, weight between 40 and 136 kg, maximum waist 130 cm, legs 68 cm. Amphibious vehicles: minimum age 18 and valid license. IMPORTANT: if you select the ENTRANCE ONLY option, transportation to and from the park is not included and must be arranged at your own expense.
If you select the option with transportation, the pickup service is by bus with a route through hotels. Please be punctual, as the bus cannot wait. There are no refunds for no-shows. Check ingredients if you have allergies. If you have symptoms (cough, fever >38 °C, sore throat, etc.), you may be denied entry.
