After being picked up from your hotel in Lima, head to Paracas. Make a brief stop to rest and have breakfast on your own. Once you arrive in Paracas, head to the pier and board a speedboat to the Ballestas Islands.
Admire the incredible wildlife of the islands, including sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and pelicans. See the famous Candelabra geoglyph, a large-scale drawing etched into the sandy hills of the Paracas Peninsula.
After your boat ride, continue to Ica. Visit a local winery to learn about the production of wine and pisco in the region. Enjoy a tasting of the different regional products.
Next, head to the Huacachina Oasis, a natural desert oasis surrounded by palm trees and towering sand dunes. Enjoy the unique landscape or try sandboarding or a dune buggy ride.
