**Arrive 30 minutes** early at the meeting point to ensure parking. Reserved spaces are specifically for you, and arriving late will be considered a "No Show." These spaces cannot be reassigned, and the full fee will be charged. Plan your transportation ahead of time, considering that you may not be familiar with the traffic in the area.
