Our adventure begins in a lockal brewery in Old Town, where you’ll taste four classic beers that have been enjoyed in Gdańsk since the 14th century. You’ll also try a special brew what was exported across Europe as a luxury beer and discover its unique story.
As we stroll through the charming streets of Gdańsk, we will share tales of a famous astronomer who not only studied the stars but also brewed beer. We’ll pass the impressive Grand Mill, once a key player in the city’s beer production, and uncover its vital role in supplying grain and malt. Along the way, you’ll hear fascinating stories about brewing traditions, trade, and the culture of beer lovers throughout the centuries.
The second part of our tour takes us to a cozy craft beer bar in the heart of Gdańsk’s Main Town. Here, we’ll shift from history to the vibrant present, exploring the modern craft beer revolution. As you settle in, we willl introduce you to the diversity of contemporary brewing styles, ingredients, and techniques that make today’s craft beers so unique.

You’ll sample five different brews, each offering a new flavor experience—from hoppy IPAs to rich stouts, fruity sours to smooth lagers. We’ll discuss what makes each beer special, how local brewers experiment with traditional and new-age methods and why Gdańsk has become a rising hub for craft beer enthusiasts.
