Stroll around Old San Juan on a walking trip with shopping and a hotel transfer. Ramble by the sea on the Paseo de la Princesa promenade, see San Felipe del Morro Castle, and shop in Calle Fortaleza.
Start with pickup at your hotel and then enter Old San Juan for a walk. Discover the major landmarks, and stroll along Paseo de la Princesa, a promenade known for its Victorian lampposts. Pass through the original city gate and see the home of Ponce De Leon, one of the oldest houses in Puerto Rico.
After this, check out San Marcos Castle. See San Felipe del Morro Castle, a coastal citadel that was built centuries ago. Also, follow your guide to see 2 cathedrals and La Fortaleza, which has been the governor's residence since the 16th century. Next, go to the shopping district.
Shop for souvenirs in Calle Fortaleza, famous for its jewelry shops, restaurants, and cobblestone paving. Buy some food in an authentic Puerto Rican restaurant while you are here, and enjoy some local dishes. Finally, return to your hotel at the end of the tour.
