Start in the charming seaside village of Mumbles, with its colourful promenade, historic pier, and sweeping views across Swansea Bay. Here you can stop for a coffee or an ice cream in a local institution and soak up the relaxed coastal atmosphere before heading further along the peninsula.

Next, you’ll discover Caswell Bay, a sheltered, family-friendly beach backed by wooded cliffs. This picturesque village is a perfect place to take a photo, and to take a stroll along the sand or simply pause to enjoy the sea air. Weather permitting, it is from here you can take the 20-30 minute walk along the Llwybr Arfordir Cymru/The Wales Coast Path and hear about the infamous smuggling gangs who operated in this area during the 18th century. Of course, if you’re looking for the more relaxing option you can sit back in the V-Class Mercedes as we drive to our next location.

After exploring Caswell Bay, you’ll stop for a bite to eat at a local pub, which is known for its excellent food and drink. Here you can enjoy local seafood, as well as locally produced beers and ciders. Soft drinks, Tea and Coffee are also available.

Finally, visit Rhossili Bay, consistently ranked among the world’s best beaches with one British newspaper calling it ‘The supermodel of British beaches’. The three miles of sandy shore have been a sought-after visitor attraction for generations, and the views of the famous Worm’s Head are a must-see for any visitor. If you’re lucky, you may even catch a glimpse of Dolphins and Seals playing in the surf here. If you’re here at low tide, you might even see the skeletal remains of a Norwegian shipwreck whose tragic tale will be revealed to you by your guide.
