If it is not possible to agree on a suitable alternative date, or if the activity is cancelled by the provider due to weather conditions, force majeure, or other critical operational reasons, customers will be entitled to a 100% refund.

  • Towel Rental and Warm Clothing: Beach towels, jackets, or windbreakers are not provided. Please bring your own, or rent them at the dock before boarding if needed.
  • Port Parking Fees: Any parking charges incurred at the Estepona Marina during the duration of your tour.
  • Swimwear and Sun Protection: Sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, and swimwear must be brought by the guests.
