During your stay in Paris, how about taking a breather with a hike in one of the biggest forest in Europe. This hike takes you across the forest, its diverse landscape and strange rock formations.
Just about 40mn train ride from Paris, you can be totally immersed in the Nature ? During your stay in Paris, how about doing something different and going on a hike in the most beautiful forests in Ile de France.
This experience in small group (5 max) brings you to the Fontainebleau Forest.
The walk in the forest is an adventure by itself and one can not stop admiring these shaped sandstones boulders.
This walk is graded moderate with some ups and downs. But the rewards are astonishing view from different lookout and pristine Nature.
It's a perfect tour for winter time. No mud guarantee :-)

WARNING: Please be advised that this is a 13km (8miles) hike with some light hills. You need to be fit enough if you want to enjoy the walk. That means you should be able to walk at least 5km (3 miles) at a good pace (in less than 75mn) and without rest.
The walk is designed to last about 4 hours with some breaks.
