The city-palace, World Unesco Site since 2018, was a 15,000 inhabitants-city at the service of the Caliph Abd Alrahman III in 10th century. Let's explore together the biggest archeological site in Spain, located in 7 km away from Cordoba, between the mountains and the Guadalquivir river's valley.
Being the place still quite unknown, this tour is designed to imagine and dream of the most powerful ruler's life in Al Andalus, as well as to discover the private rooms and corners of those ones living here. We will bring to life the welcoming receptions of ambassadors coming from far and we will be witness of the politic and religious power of the medieval West: the shining city.
