Once anchored, indulge in a carefully selected wine and cheese pairing experience. Taste red, white, and rosé wines from Mallorca and mainland Spain (up to 4 glasses per person). Sample artisan cheeses such as Mahon, Manchego, goat cheese with herbs, and semi-cured sheep cheese.
