• Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet your group in front of the big ferris wheel known as Centennial Wheel in Navy Pier. Look for the tour guide wearing white shirt with WOW Chicago Suburbs Tour uniform and holding a red umbrella with our company logo.
• Ticket Verification: Please print a copy of your Tour Package receipt or take a screenshot on your mobile device and show it to the tour guide upon arrival. This will help us verify and scan your booking confirmation and ensure a smooth start to your tour.
• Departure Time-We will leave the meeting place promptly.
