Day 1: Ngorongoro Crater
Your journey begins early in the morning with a pick-up from your accommodation in Arusha. After, you'll set off on a scenic drive toward the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, passing through the lush highlands of northern Tanzania. Upon arrival, you'll descend into the crater floor for a half-day game drive. The crater is home to an incredible diversity of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, hippos, and the rare black rhino. You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated site within the crater, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. After several hours of wildlife viewing, you’ll ascend back up the crater rim and begin your drive back to Arusha. You’ll arrive at your accommodation in the late afternoon or early evening, with memories of one of Africa’s most iconic safari destinations.

Day 2: Foothills of Mt. Kilimanjaro – Materuni Waterfalls & Coffee Tour
After breakfast, you will pick drive toward the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, heading to the charming Chagga village of Materuni. Upon arrival, you’ll begin a guided hike through lush rainforest trails leading to the stunning Materuni Waterfalls, nestled in a tropical setting. Along the way, your local guide will share insights into the plants, culture, and traditions of the Chagga people. After enjoying the falls, you’ll take part in an interactive coffee tour with the Chagga people, learning how to process and brew Arabica coffee using traditional methods—with a delicious cup to finish. After lunch, you’ll continue your journey to the nearby Chemka Hot Springs, a hidden geothermal oasis. Here, you’ll have time to relax and swim in the warm, refreshing waters. After a rejuvenating afternoon, you'll begin the drive back to Arusha, arriving in the late evening bringing an end to your unforgettable Tanzanian adventure.
