Day 1: Tarangire National Park
Your safari begins with an early morning pickup from your hotel in Arusha. You’ll drive through the scenic plains toward Tarangire National Park. Begin your game drive through Tarangire, enjoy a packed lunch at one of the park’s designated picnic sites, with views over the savannah or the river where animals often gather to drink. After lunch, continue exploring different parts of the park on an afternoon game drive, taking in more wildlife and unique landscapes.
Exit the park in the late afternoon and head to your accommodation. Upon arrival, relax, and enjoy a hearty dinner and a restful night.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater
After an early breakfast, depart your accommodation and drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive at the crater rim and descend into the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. The descent into the crater takes you into a unique ecosystem home to the Big Five.
Explore the crater floor’s open plains and watch for predators hunting, hippos wallowing in water, and flocks of flamingos lining the lake. Around midday, enjoy your lunch at the picnic site near the hippo pool.
After lunch, continue with a final short game drive before ascending out of the crater. Begin your drive back to Arusha, enjoying the beautiful landscapes along the way. Arrive in Arusha by early evening, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel or airport. This marks the end of your unforgettable 2-day safari.
