After being picked up from your hotel, head to Mnemba Island. Hop on a boat and cruise around the island, searching for dolphins. If you're lucky, you might be able to swim with them. If it's low tide, cruise to the sandbank.
Next, visit a spice farm and learn about Zanzibar's most common spices. Discover how the islands produce cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, and black pepper. Your guide will give you more information about how the spices are grown and used in local medicine and dishes.
