Immerse yourself in authentic Thai cuisine at Sabieng Thai Cooking, located in the vibrant Sukhumvit 22 area of Bangkok. Our 3.5-hour cooking class begins with an exciting visit to Bangkok's largest fresh market, where you'll discover local ingredients and experience the city's bustling food culture. After the market exploration, enjoy a traditional tuk-tuk ride back to our modern cooking school.
Under the guidance of our expert instructors, including a MasterChef Thailand Season 3 finalist, you'll master the art of preparing four classic Thai dishes. Our chefs bring over a decade of professional experience and international culinary expertise, ensuring you learn authentic techniques that you can easily recreate at home. The class is conducted primarily in English, with Chinese, Thai, & Korean translation available.
We pride ourselves on maintaining small class sizes of 8-12 students, allowing for personalized attention and an intimate learning environment. Our state-of-the-art, air-conditioned facility is equipped with professional-grade cooking stations and modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic experience for all participants.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced cook, our instructors will guide you through every step, from ingredient selection to advanced cooking techniques. Learn to make curry paste from scratch and discover the cultural significance behind each dish. We accommodate various dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, halal, and kosher options, as well as food allergies (please notify us 24 hours in advance).
Choose from our morning or afternoon sessions to fit your schedule. Each class includes a guided market tour, tuk-tuk transportation, all necessary ingredients and equipment, unlimited drinking water, welcome fruits, digital recipes, and a special souvenir to remember your Thai culinary journey.
