Follow the historic Klondike Highway to the White Pass on a round-trip expedition from Alaska to the Yukon in Canada. Take a city tour of Skagway, try out dog sledding, and play with husky puppies.
Embark on a unique adventure starting from Skagway, Alaska. Enjoy a Skagway city tour with photo stops along the Klondike Highway and take a picture at the 'Welcome to Alaska' sign. Get the chance to play with Alaskan husky sled dog puppies and go on a summer dog sled camp cart ride.
Start with pickup from your hotel in Skagway and take a guided tour of the city. Next, you'll drive along Klondike Highway towards the Canadian Border. Take in wildlife, waterfalls, and glacier-covered mountains as well as views of the White Pass Railroad.
Once into Canada, pass through the subarctic alpine tundra of the Tormented Valley, with views of Summit Lake. Continue through B.C. where you'll stop at Canada Customs at Fraser B.C and the Yukon Territory.
Visit the Tutshi Dog Sledding Camp to learn about the history of sled dog use. See the dogs in action and get a chance to play with the puppies. Go on a summer dog cart ride pulled by real Alaskan Huskies.
Finally, you'll be transferred back to your accommodation or ship in Skagway to end the tour.
Please note: passports are required for this excursion.

You will be met at the end of your cruise ship dock by a representative of Skagway Tours 15 minutes prior to departure. Due to the nature of our tours we must depart on time.
Look for a representative holding a RED sign that reads, "SKAGWAY TOURS."
Railroad Dock – Please go to the "ZONE B" checkpoint, near the pavilian, this is adjacent to the area where shuttles and tenders will drop you off.
Broadway Dock - Walk to the end of the pier "foot bridge" to the parking lot directly in front of your ship.
Ore Dock - Walk to the sea green weather shelter which is located past port security to the right, and on the dock next to the parking lot and the cruise ship.
