Pickup Information

Cruise ship guests: Due to damage from the December 17, 2024 earthquake, the main wharf is closed. Pickup will be at the main sea wall in Port Vila town, just a short walk from where the tenders arrive. Our team will be there with clear signage for easy identification.

Hotel guests: Pickup is directly from your hotel lobby at the agreed time.
