Arrive 10 minutes early at 220 Tune Airport Dr (Suite 117) for check-in and a brief safety briefing. A friendly AeroLuxe team member in a red-and-black shirt will greet you and escort you to your helicopter. Slip on Bose noise-cancelling headsets, chat with your pilot about your route, and prepare for takeoff. Glide over downtown displays, sparkling neighborhoods, and holiday light shows that fill the city with Christmas spirit. Bring a warm drink or cozy blanket to make it extra special. After about 25–30 minutes in the air, you’ll land back at John C. Tune Airport, where our crew will assist with photos and questions. We are located at the John Tune Airport- 220 Tune Airport Dr Nashville, TN 37209. Free parking is available in front of our building. Enter the building at the door labeled “220” and follow the sign to the right to our waiting area. A representative will be in shortly to greet you.
