During the lesson, you will be guided by A PROFESSIONAL CHEF with years of experience in the most renowned Italian kitchens, ready to reveal all the tricks and essential steps to create perfect FRESH PASTA. During the experience, you will learn how to prepare three different types of FRESH PASTA: delicate stuffed RAVIOLI, traditional TORTELLI, and wide, soft PAPPARDELLE.
