Our beautiful, centrally located cooking school provides the perfect setting to immerse yourself in the magic of Italian cuisine while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of the Eternal City.

Under the expert guidance of our professional chefs, you'll learn how to create authentic, fresh egg pasta dough from scratch. You’ll shape it into two traditional pasta varieties and pair them with two delicious, seasonal sauces, all while picking up exclusive tips and tricks to recreate these Italian classics at home.

But the experience doesn’t stop there! While your pasta dough rests, you’ll delve into the sweet world of Italian gelato. Our chef will lead a fascinating gelato-making demonstration, revealing the history, authentic ingredients, and expert techniques behind this world-famous dessert.
