Day 1: Through the Canyons to Enchanting Sarajevo
Depart from Banja Luka and drive through the dramatic Vrbas River Canyon. Stop at the historic town of Jajce to witness the magnificent waterfall in the city center. Arrive in Sarajevo in the afternoon, where you will join a premium, 2.5-hour walking tour led by a certified local guide to explore the iconic Baščaršija, historic mosques, and the Latin Bridge.
Day 2: Inside Tito’s Secret Bunker & On to Sunny Mostar
Head south towards Herzegovina. The highlight of the morning is a private visit to Tito’s Atomic War Command (ARK D-0) in Konjic, a massive, top-secret underground nuclear bunker frozen in time from the Cold War era.
After the bunker tour, enjoy a traditional roasted lamb lunch by the Neretva River in Jablanica. Arrive in Mostar for a guided tour of the famous Old Bridge (Stari Most) and the mystical Dervish Tekke in Blagaj.
Day 3: Cultural Crossroads & Scenic Return
Enjoy a relaxed morning coffee overlooking the Neretva River. On the scenic drive back north, stop in the old Ottoman vizier town of Travnik to sample its famous local cheese, visit the medieval fortress, and relax at the "Plava Voda" springs before arriving back in Banja Luka.
