Seats are allocated by the system on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited ticket availability. Single or non-adjacent seats may be assigned, and customers must accept the arrangement.

Tickets must be collected in person by the ticket holder with a valid photo ID/passport and voucher at the Box Office; proxy collection is not allowed.
One child under 2 may enter for free with each adult, provided the child does not occupy a seat. Proof of age may be requested on site.
The show features flashing lights, loud audio, and fog.
Flash photography, video recording, and light sources are prohibited.
