What is Beijing Central Axis and why we choose this route to show you Beijing City from ancient time to modern day.
It is a 7.8-kilometer-long axial line that runs through the old city of Beijing, starting from the Bell and Drum Towers in the north and extending southward through the Wanning Bridge, the Jingshan Hill and the Imperial Palace down to the Yongdingmen Gate at the south end. It is an ensemble of city historical architectures that comprises imperial buildings from ancient China.

By taxi:
If you want to take a taxi to the meeting point, you can show “北京饭店” to local taxi driver. 

If you use Alipay to get a taxi, please set the destination as “Beijing hotel” 

By metro:
Take the Metro to to Wangfujing station of Line 1 , then exit from the exit C1 , once you reach the ground floor,you will find Beijing Hotel on your left hand side. 
Just wait in front of the entrance. Your guide normally will arrive there earlier than you. She/He will wait for you there.

After you meet your guide. We will start our exciting biking tour for 3 hours in the most beautiful Beijing City to see all the most important and beautiful ancient architectures in Beijing, mainly built for the emperors. Side hutongs connected with the central way are the homes for ordinary people in Beijing.
