1. Tickets are valid only for the specified date printed on the ticket and must be used on the designated day. Expired tickets will not be accepted.
2. No person under 18 is allowed to bet or enter premises where bets are accepted.
3. Free admission by showing a valid travel document upon entry to the Tourist Channel in Happy Valley Racecourse or Sha Tin Racecourse.
4. Tickets can be redeemed at Information and Redemption Counter upon presentation of the E-voucher.
5. Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable once the booking is confirmed.
6. Should there be any disputes, the Club reserves the right of final decision.

- Presents your year voucher at the Information and Redemption Counter, Happy Valley Racecourse, next to Public Admission Gate for verification and access
