Day 1: Arrival & Exploration of the Salt Flats

Meet your guide and begin your journey in a 4x4 vehicle. Stop at the Train Cemetery, a fascinating site with rusting locomotives from Bolivia’s mining era.

11:00 AM | Colchani Village
Visit this small town to see how locals produce salt and shop for handicrafts made from salt and llama wool.

12:00 PM | Salar de Uyuni Entry – Hexagonal Salt Formations
Marvel at the vast white expanse and geometric salt formations. Learn about the history and geology of the world’s largest salt flat.

1:00 PM | Picnic Lunch at the Flats
Enjoy a freshly prepared lunch with a stunning 360° view.

2:00 PM | Dakar Monument & Isla Incahuasi (Dry Season)
Visit the Dakar Rally Monument and take iconic photos.
Hike Isla Incahuasi, a cactus-covered island with panoramic views of the salt flats (dry season May to Nov only).

4:30 PM | Sunset & Reflection Effect (Seasonal)
Capture the famous mirror effect (December–April) or admire the golden hues over the endless white plain (May–November).

7:00 PM | RV Camp Setup & Dinner
Arrive at the designated RV camping spot in the middle of the salt flats.
Enjoy a delicious dinner with local flavors, wine, and hot drinks.

9:00 PM | Stargazing & Milky Way Experience
Witness an unparalleled view of the Milky Way with minimal light pollution.
Learn about constellations with an expert guide.

Day 2: Sunrise & Unique Landscapes

5:30 AM | Sunrise Over the Salt Flats
Wake up early to watch the sunrise paint the sky with soft pink and orange hues.
Warm coffee and breakfast served with a spectacular view.

8:00 AM | Ojos del Salar & Salt Mounds
Visit the Ojos del Salar, natural bubbling springs that emerge from beneath the salt crust.
Explore the Salt Mounds, where harvested salt is prepared for transport.
